Terms of Service
Last updated: May 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StaticToWP (available at statictowp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use StaticToWP.
2. Description of Service
StaticToWP is a software-as-a-service tool that converts static HTML pages, Webflow exports, and AI-generated designs into installable WordPress themes. You provide a URL or upload HTML, and the service returns a WordPress-compatible theme ZIP file.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee that every design will convert perfectly — results depend on the complexity and structure of the source HTML. You are responsible for reviewing and testing the generated theme before deploying it to a live site.
3. Payments
StaticToWP is offered through one-time payments. There are no recurring subscriptions or automatic renewals. Current pricing is:
- Single license — $299 (lifetime access for one user)
- Agency license — $1,499 (lifetime access for teams and client work)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize Stripe to charge the selected amount to your payment method. All prices are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are your responsibility.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access granted upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a general policy.
At our sole discretion, we may issue a refund within 48 hours of purchase if you contact us at hi@statictowp.com and explain the issue. We reserve the right to decline any refund request.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree to use StaticToWP only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:
- Create or distribute websites that facilitate illegal activity
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties
- Generate themes for sites that distribute malware, spyware, or other harmful software
- Scrape or convert websites you do not own or have explicit permission to convert
- Resell or redistribute access to the service itself without written permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying conversion logic of the service
We reserve the right to terminate access without refund if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these acceptable use terms.
6. Intellectual Property
StaticToWP and its underlying technology, design, and branding are owned by Hide & Seek and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
The WordPress themes generated by the service are derived from the HTML you provide. You retain ownership of your source designs. We claim no ownership over the themes generated from your input. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the right to convert any design you submit — for example, if you are using a Webflow template or third-party assets, you must comply with the original license terms.
7. Disclaimers
StaticToWP is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated themes will meet your specific requirements. WordPress theme quality depends on the source HTML structure, and some manual adjustments may be required after conversion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hide & Seek shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of StaticToWP — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your license.
9. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of StaticToWP shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
